1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of frolicwellness.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products from Frolic, operated by [Legal Business Name] ("Frolic," "we," "us," or "our").

By visiting the Site, joining our waitlist, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and the waitlist

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Frolic. Our products are intended for adults only.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate, current information.

When you join our waitlist or email list, you agree to receive emails from Frolic about our products, launch, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Waitlist offers, such as 20% off your first order, are limited to one per customer, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so, have no cash value, and may expire. We may change or end a waitlist offer at any time before it is redeemed.

3. Our products and your health

Frolic products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Content on the Site is for general information only and is not medical advice. 4. Pricing, orders, and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are added at checkout.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit, or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers, or contain a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

We work to describe our products and prices accurately, but errors can happen. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may change.

Subscriptions. If you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date at the then-current price until you cancel. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime as described in our Cancellation Policy. We will notify you before any price change takes effect on your subscription.

Pre-orders. Pre-order ship dates are estimates. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund anytime before it ships.

5. Shipping, refunds, and our guarantee

We currently ship within the United States [confirm shipping regions]. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is handed to the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@frolicwellness.com within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

6. Our content and how you use the Site

Everything on the Site, including the Frolic name and logo, Bright Side, text, images, graphics, and design, belongs to Frolic or its licensors and is protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Resell our products without our written permission
• Interfere with the Site's security or operation, or use bots or scrapers on it
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful information, including fake reviews

Reviews and submissions. If you post a review, photo, or comment, or send us feedback, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, display, and share it, including in marketing, with your first name and last initial. You confirm that your submission is truthful and that you own the rights to it. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimers and limits of liability

Except as stated in our Refund Policy, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Frolic and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Frolic harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or products or your violation of these Terms.

Some states do not allow certain disclaimers or limits, so some of the above may not apply to you.

8. Governing law, changes, and contact
