We want you to love Bright Side. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll refund you. It's that simple.

How it works
Email us at hello@frolicwellness.com within 30 days of your order being delivered. Include your order number and we'll refund the purchase price of your product to your original payment method. No need to send anything back.

The fine print

• Refunds are limited to one per customer, per product.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right, including shipping, at no cost to you.
• Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
